Nero Reveal Debut Album 'Welcome Reality' Release Date - Out August 1st

Nero, the remixers du jour and now one of the biggest names in both dubstep and drum and bass, are set to release next single ‘Guilt’ on April 24th. Their debut album 'Welcome Reality' will follow on the 1st August and will feature 'Guilt', the global smash ‘Me and You’, underground hit ‘Innocence’ and more to be announced soon.

‘Guilt’ is the third single from Nero’s forthcoming debut album out on Chase and Status’ label MTA and expertly mixes low basslines, catchy synths and euphoric vocals – this is Dubstep set for the big time. Zane Lowe continues his support, hailing ‘Guilt’ his ‘Hottest Record in the World’ and the single has already been added to Radio 1’s A-List.  The video – which can be viewed below - is flying and 'Guilt' is now the 2nd highest pre-order on iTunes.

Nero will premiere a live show at Radio 1’s Big Weekend and are booked for an intensive run of all major UK music festivals – Glastonbury and Wireless are already confirmed. Nero have also been invited by the man himself Tinie Tempah to support him on his Autumn arena tour.

‘Me and You’ charted at number 15 and was the most played record on Radio 1 for three weeks in a row. BBC Radio 1 presenter Zane Lowe crowned ‘Me and You’ his ‘Hottest Record in the World’ while Fearne Cotton and Greg James had it as their ‘Record Of The Week’ and Annie Mac and Nick Grimshaw their ‘Weekend Anthem’. Nero featured on the BBC's Sound of 2011 music poll and various other influential tips for 2011 lists.
